These terms govern your use of veldovna.online. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Who operates this site

2. What the site is
This is an independent editorial site publishing general information about consumer security software. It is free to read and requires no account.
We sell nothing. No transaction is concluded on this site. If you buy a product after following a link from here, your contract is with that merchant alone, on the merchant's terms, and CLEAN STANDARD s.r.o. is not a party to it.
3. Nature of the content — not advice
The content is general information, not legal, financial, professional or individual security advice, and it is not a substitute for the vendor's own documentation or for professional help with a specific problem. You remain responsible for decisions you take about your own systems.
Features, plans, prices and contractual terms are set by the vendors and change without notice. Where this site and a vendor's own current information differ, the vendor's information prevails. Always check the merchant's page before purchasing.
4. Partner links and how we are paid
The site is financed by partner (affiliate) commissions. Links to merchants are labelled as
partner links wherever they appear, carry the technical attribute
rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", and are accompanied by a note explaining the
arrangement. If you buy after following one, CLEAN STANDARD s.r.o. may receive a commission from the merchant.
Your price is not affected.
Commission arrangements do not determine what we publish. The editorial policy sets out how that separation is maintained and what we refuse to do.

All text, page structure, stylesheets and illustrations on this site are original works created for it and belong to CLEAN STANDARD s.r.o., protected by copyright. The diagrams are original SVG files drawn for this site.
You may read the site, print pages for personal use, and quote short extracts provided you attribute them clearly and link to the page quoted. You may not republish substantial parts, reproduce the illustrations, mirror the site, or use the content to train a commercial model or to populate another publication, without prior written permission from info@veldovna.online.
6. Trademarks
Product and company names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by any vendor named on it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's availability, for example by automated request flooding;
- scrape the site systematically at a rate that burdens the server, or in breach of clause 5;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes another person's rights.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including this page. Content may be corrected or updated at any time; material corrections are recorded under the corrections procedure.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement beyond what the surrounding text says.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution; in the Czech Republic the competent body for consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce). Note again that this site sells nothing: a dispute about a purchase lies with the merchant.
